How much is UK delivery?

Delivery is charged at £3.99 on Royal Mail's Tracked 48hr service.

When will my item/order be dispatched?

We are currently dispatching orders within 2 full working days.


Can I track my order?

Yes. You can track the delivery of your order by logging in to your Kiddiekin account > My Account > select the order you would like to track > click on the tracking link. This will direct you to Royal Mail's tracking service. 


How do I return an item?

You can return an item within 28 days of the delivery date (determined by Royal Mail's tracking information) in an unused condition and in it's original packaging, to the below address. You are responsible for the cost of the return and we strongly recommend sending the item back to us on a tracked & signed for service as we cannot be held responsible for any returns that are not successfully delivered to us. A refund for the item value will be processed upon receipt of the returned item and will be refunded to the original payment method. Funds may take up to 5 working days to show in your account. Please note that delivery costs are non refundable.

If you decide to refuse the delivery of an item and it is subsequently posted back to us, you will be responsible for any charges imposed by the courier. Any charges will be deducted from the value of the refund. You will not receive a refund for the original postage cost.


An item has arrived damaged.

In the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged, you must let us know by 23:59 (GMT) the next day. Please notify us by email (hello@kiddiekin.co.uk) and include images of the parcel and the damaged item, clearly showing the damage. We will respond to you as soon as possible to resolve the problem.


An item is missing from my parcel.

Sometimes, mistakes happen! If an item is missing from your parcel, please notify us by email (hello@kiddiekin.co.uk) by 23:59 (GMT) the next day, including an image of the order form (enclosed in the documents wallet attached to the outside of the parcel) and of the contents of the parcel. Luckily we enter the weight of each parcel into the Royal Mail system when dispatching parcels - this allows us to easily identify if items have been missed. We can also check the stock in our warehouse with the stock on the system. If we establish that an item was missing from your parcel, we will send you the missing item as soon as possible.


I entered the wrong delivery address.

If you let us know as soon as possible, we will try our best to get your parcel to the correct address. If your order has not yet been processed, please email hello@kiddiekin.co.uk with your order number and the correct delivery address and we will change the address on your order. If your order has already been dispatched, you can click on the Royal Mail tracking link and you may be able to manage your delivery options from there, including delivering to an alternative address. If Royal Mail are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect address, a £3.99 redelivery fee will apply. Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable. Kiddiekin cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by our customers.

Royal Mail will leave a calling card explaining how to retrieve your parcel.
