kiddiekin Newborn Sensory Play Box

A newborn baby! What an exciting, special, and somewhat overwhelming time. While you are adjusting to life with your new arrival, we are here to make playtime meaningful and special for you all. What is most important to say is that, your newborn loves being with you, hearing your voice, feeling your touch and seeing your face. Spending time together, singing, smiling to and talking to your newborn is essential for their development.

The toys and resources included in this box aim to support your newborns development through play and provide you with ideas how you can gently introduce play into your day. As your little one is asleep more than they are awake at the moment, do not feel there should be a set amount of time that you need to dedicate to play. As the toys and resources in this box are flexible in their uses, you can incorporate them into a range of situations throughout the day. From when you are changing a nappy, to when you are feeding to when you are out and about in the pram/car seat, these resources can be used.

The kiddiekin newborn box focuses on high contrast colours as these are the first colours your little one will be able to see as their eyesight develops. It has been scientifically proven that bold, clear, high contrast patterns are ideal for capturing baby’s attention and helping the eyes to focus, so while this may not be the most colourful play box, it is designed to support your newborns development.

Whats in the box and how can you use it to support baby's development through play and start their sensory play journey?
